Job Summary

Assists NAVWAR 6.0 and affiliated customers to develop and maintain tailored solutions to automate business processes and to streamline data visualizations using Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The Microsoft 365 Power Platform Developer will also modify solutions, as necessary, to meet client requirements. 

Travel is not required. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Analyzes data sources and processes to support clients. Implements tools to automate and display data and processes using commercial best practices for data analytics and workflow in FlankSpeed or other application stacks. Develops and retains configuration files, data, source code, scripts, reports, visualizations, analytics, and algorithms in tools within FlankSpeed. Creates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Microsoft 365 developed products. Provides Microsoft 365 training to small and large audiences. Prepares, analyzes, and implements workflows to automate processes and data management. Analyzes, cleanses, aggregates, curates, and integrates data and workflow from disparate business systems. Prepares architectures for Microsoft 365 developed tools and respective guidance. Implements and supports data analytics and workflow solutions in FlankSpeed (e.g., databases, data integration, encryption, cybersecurity, data visualization, application hosting, knowledge portals, low-code and no-code application platforms).

Required knowledge and years of experience

Must have at least five (5) to seven (7) years of experience. Must have knowledge in Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI visualizations in Microsoft 365 to meet client objectives.

The minimum salary starts at $70,000 and the max is negotiable based on experience.
