Job Summary
The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate NIWC needs. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the Senior Management Team at FIO and leaders that report to the FIO management team. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential personnel and institutional information while exercising professionalism and decision-making discretion. Some duties will include managing scheduling for company executive(s) Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company management. Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending logistics of meetings. Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate and interpret messages and information to the management executives. Prioritize emails and respond when necessary. Communicate travel arrangements and schedule of management team. Maintain various records and documents for NIWC management team.
Telework is not supported. Travel is not required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Manage scheduling for FIO department. Draft, review, edit and send communications on behalf of FIO. Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings (MS Teams/Flankspeed). Communicate messages and information to branch and department heads. Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.

Must have at least one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Teams.
