Job Summary

Performs as the single point-of-contact between the Tactical Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office (PMW 790), Fleet Readiness Certification Board (FRCB), Platform Configuration Control Board (PCCB), Installation Contract Readiness Review (ICRR), and Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD) Installation Office (FIO) Reps for PMW 790 products. Develop installation tracker reports for each program on tasks created and opened in the SPAWAR PEO Integrated Data Environment and Repository (SPIDER). Assist with developing the PEO C4I Advance Coordinated Fielding Plans (ACFP), tracking numbers/job IDs pushed through the change queue from FP (Fielding Plan) to 4WP for execution authority. Assist in resolving issues between the Assistant Program Managers (APM) and the FIO regarding cost estimates, changes in the scope of work, and identifying cost discrepancies.

Telework is supported at 10%. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Works with afloat NAVWAR PMWs, submarines PMW, and shore advanced planners to ensure Advance Coordinated Fielding Plans (ACFPs) are created, submitted, and in alignment with the Synchronized Fielding Plan (SFP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and the SCD (Ship Change Document). Facilitates weekly/bi-weekly brief with the program APM to discuss all issues regarding their installations including FRCB, work scopes, PAIE/FIO cost estimates analysis, and funding with a special emphasis on ensuring that future installations get into SPIDER. Collects, organizes, and uploads various FRCB documents in SPIDER. Notifies FRCB personnel that installation is ready for review and tracks FRCB approval. Monitors monthly and weekly SITREPS, and advise leadership regarding corrective action if needed. Monitors Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) received from Regional Shore Installation Managers (RSIM). Reviews, updates, and provides a thorough analysis to Integration Program Manager (IPMs) on installation status and schedule revisions for the weekly dashboard (Current and 30) and the 30,60,90 report. Mandatory Skill Requirements (must have): o Perform as the single point-of-contact between the Program Office, FRCB, PCCB, ICRR, and FRD Installation Office (FIO) Reps o Develop installation tracker reports for each program on tasks created and opened in the SPAWAR PEO Integrated Data Environment and Repository (SPIDER) o Assist with the development of the PEO C4I Advance Coordinated Fielding Plans (ACFP), Tracking Numbers/Job IDs pushed through the Change Queue from FP (Fielding Plan) to 4WP for execution authority o Assist in resolving issues between the APMs and the FIO regarding cost estimates, changes in scope of work, and identifying cost discrepancies. Desired Skill Requirements: Builds and manages new shore deliverable IDs in CAPS (C4I Advance Planning Suite). Delivers analytical data to the PMW 790 Shore Principal Installation Manager (SPIM) for program reviews. Analyzes and provides installation maturity status to most current data to the Shore Installation Contract Readiness Review (ICRR), PCCB, DSA APM-I, PNA Review, Baseline Locking Events, and Programmatic Meeting, Modernization Meeting, Program IPTs, and WSR. Performs database management (SPIDER/NDE). Excel proficiency (Trackers and Data calls).

Must have at least two (2) years of experience with FRCB, PCCB, ICRR, and SPIDER.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college is desired. NAVWAR and previous military background are desirable.

The minimum salary starts at $95,000 and the max is negotiable based on experience.
