Job Summary

Creates and maintains detailed TTWCS project schedules using Microsoft Project software. Works with TTWCS Project Leads and Technical Leads to ensure all tasks are sequenced correctly and interdependencies are identified. Tracks project progress against the schedule, communicating any potential delays with the Project Leads. Provides regular updates to TTWCS Project Leads and Technical Leads about project status and any changes in the schedule. Reaches out to task owners to obtain completion percentages and status updates. Work with Rachel Tompkins to provide schedule slides for recurring SDA meetings. Works closely with TTWCS Project Leads, Technical Leads, and team members to coordinate tasks. Identifies potential risks that could impact project timelines and work with Rachel Tompkins to ensure risks are documented.

Telework is supported likely at two days per week. Travel is not required.

Must have at least three (3) years of MS project experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Project. Must have strong attention to detail. Must have good analytical and planning skills. Must have the ability to work effectively within a team setting.
