Job Summary
Dedicated contractor support to develop and maintain a Power BI dashboard and associated commercial reporting tools for the N00039-18-R-0059-0005 Global Installation Contract (GIC). This support is critical to establishing automated, real-time tracking of schedule, cost, and performance.
Responsibilities and Duties
Data Architecture and Integration
• Identify, map, and integrate existing GIC data sources (e.g., financial systems, schedule databases, CDRLs, CPARS) into a centralized, secure data model compatible with Power BI.
• Establish automated data pipelines to reduce or eliminate manual data entry requirements.
Power BI Dashboard Development
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to contract cost, schedule, and performance.
• Implement role-based access controls and customized views tailored to different levels of government leadership and program management.
• Ensure the dashboard provides drill-down capabilities for granular analysis of specific contract line items or task orders.
Testing and Validation
• Conduct rigorous testing of data pipelines and dashboard visualizations to ensure 100% data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with government stakeholders to refine the interface and reporting metrics.
Documentation and Knowledge Transfer
• Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation detailing the data architecture, update processes, and dashboard maintenance.
• Provide training sessions for government personnel on how to navigate, utilize, and perform basic troubleshooting on the dashboard.

Salary
The minimum salary starts at $95,000 and the max is negotiable based on experience.
